Which kind of sucks, since that's the victory condition I've been working towards. Am I missing something?

Check if the wonder victory is active in the Empire Summary. Can u attache the saved game?

I had this same issue! It was in the Beginner Tutorial game as United Empire, although by this point I'd disabled the tutorial. Could not find anyway to build the Obelisks, even though I'd reached the final tier in the left-hand research quadrant.

I wonder if this issue will show up again in a new game...

I found the source of the bug and fixed it today; it will be included in a later patch. However I cannot provide a fix for the ongoing games, it will only work for new tutorial game… I’m sorry! You’ll have to aim for another victory. :)

I'm sorry to tell you but whatever was done in the latest patch has completely broken the game for me, it won't even start.2017-05-30.png

As of this patch the endless research park no longer functions but adds a +25 bonus saying its the obelisk of all space time,  so uhh something's not right with wonders.

Hmm the fix is not in the yesterday patch, your issue is related to something else, we will look at it!

And I'll also check the Endless Research Park, which has not been updated but it might just be a loc issue.
