I don't know how did this happen, but in 2 turns I got system modernization to get broken and endless research park stuck in a queue.

But at the same time it says that it's actually already been built and the deed, whilst was shown as someone else had already obtained it in the pop up, shows that I won it in the tech screen.

I also can't take the park away from the queue, when I cancel it it just doesn't do anything.

I've also reached this tech era, but I can't even set up the modernization project.

The game even opened a tutorial on how to do that, but I still can't do anything.
