I researched Cultural Flexibility some 30 turns ago and have multiple Unfallen systems within my influence but none have flipped to my empire. 

Is there a way to see how many turns until it will flip? I've tried hovering over the name and all the other symbols on the systems but i see nothing to indicate my influence progress. 

Does it just simply not work against Unfallen because of how different their influence system is?
