Do you have to colonize those systems fresh, or do you have to posses the systems. I think I have all the planet types in my empire, but I don't know what exactly triggers the achievement...

It's been mentioned in this thread over here, but I figure nobody ever checks that forum.

I have this issue currently, a save where I tracked down every type (I never realised there were so many gas giants) and yet no achievement.
