Not sure if bug or weird feature... construction continues despite queue?

So, I seem to be in a situation that normally would be advantageous to the point of being an exploit, but right now serves as a frustrating stumbling-block. I'm playing as Sophons, got that quest/event where you can only build Science-related buildings for 10 turns. Retooled my whole empire's production-queus around it. My capital, however, was set to finish the EndlessWorld (or whatever that first amusement-park-type Wonder is called) exactly 10 turns later. And as I found out at that point, despite it boosting both Dust AND Science, it doesn't count as a Science-building.

Thing is, when I jumped back several turns, I discovered that there seemed to be NO WAY to delay its completion. Even if I put several other things into the production-queue ahead of it, it'd STILL finish on time, even as the other buildings steadily progressed. So... apparently, I can somehow construct normal upgrades and Wonders at the same time, now, with no loss of productivity? Is that some kind of weird feature with regards to Wonder-construction? I don't remember the game saying anything about that, certainly, or I'd have been doing it all along!

I'm inclined to think it's some kind of bug, though. Even if I try to hamstring my capital's production by reassigning heroes, moving pops to less production-oriented planets, scrapping all production-boosting buildings, etc. - production on that Wonder will STILL complete on schedule, every time. The 'estimated time to completion' counter changes, make no mistake. I can put an infinite process - like Public 3D Printing - in front, and it'll show 'never', I can do all kinds of things to drive up the number, but NOTHING CHANGES. No matter what the display reads, the project WILL be completed in two more turns.

But, if it IS a feature, can anyone tell me how to, well, work around it? I just need to delay the completion of the project by ONE TURN! Otherwise, all the lost productivity from avoiding Industry- and Food-related buildings (not to mention ships, including much-needed colony-ships) for 9 turns will be a complete waste... :(

(Deleting the Wonder from the production-queue altogether would PROBABLY work, but then I'll lose the Wonder altogether... which isn't much of a solution either.)

Hello,

It does sound like a bug, altough it's our first report of this. If you could share your save with us, we could investigate the issue directly.

Best,

Huh. That makes me feel better! If it's a bug, then there's probably a way to fix or bypass it.

Got the save here: No Good.sav

EndlessWorld is two turns to completion at Kuma, despite currently being second in the Queue. Nothing you do, save deleting the wonder from the production-queue altogether (and possibly not even that - I haven't actually tried!) will stop it from reaching that goal.
