Were the approval system changed during one of the updates ? Planets now seem to have hidden base Approval of +5 for all planets, during the game this value increases to +10, +15, etc. Always in +5 interval. Can't figure out what causes the increase. 

(-2) - (-5) - (-2) = 5 

Have no events nor no laws that affects Approval.

Looked into this issue in a new game, no hidden approval at the game start.
