Hi, so in turn 12, where no one could have fulfilled the wonder, it does not show up in produtcion list, even though I do have 10 titanium and hyperium and I am even at tier 3 of the tech web for development. What am I missing?

pretty sure you need to have unlocked the right stage of technology for either to be even be visible, and turn 12 is still really eatly in the game. maybe you just need to unlock the stage of the tech tree still

but what technology do i need? I thought it would be sufficient to have unlocked the actual deed .
