yea, the militerists are in power, thats why i asked if eternal war only prevents offering peace/alliances ect. not accepting them.


anyway it is clearly a bug, sophons just joind us, im in a cold war/alliance with riftborn/sophons, they are both loyal


i got the save game from when riftborn asked for an alliance, and now the save game where the sophons joind and i went to cold war with them (while they still remain loyal and im in an alliance)

truce offer was the first offer by riftborn, i did go scientists for a political party on my first elections. ut at this oint have been militirists for a long time
the second was somthing the riftborn and sophons cooked up, i imagine, thats why i went to cold war/ loyal with them

hmm when i reloaded, im now in an alliance, no cold war/alliance. but i did have a save game for that.  this one is the same turn as "truce offer2" but this one is the one you want, i think. could not replicate the cold war/alliance thing that happend the first time. all i did was ckick notification stuff as far as i know
