Would like to see a tab in the diplomacy screen for keeping track of all of the known minor civs. 

Something with just a list like the system and whether or not you are advancing your diplomacy with them. 

Good QoL info and improvement. My only fear tis to make it overcrowded if you start putting together with other similar QoL infos.

I think it is great idea. I don't fear of owecrowded screens. In fact it can be in diplomacy in sepatate tab/page as we allready have resources/marketplace.

It would be nice to have everything in an organized location instead of having to wander the map looking for it.

It would be nice if we had a clearer mechanic for ownership of minors. Right now, there's still the issue that you can't add more 'praise' actions once you cap approval with them, but previous actions still add to your score.

I think the design intention behind it was exactly the opposite of that: quit hiding away important features in various menus, and put them out there where they're relevant and easily noticeable and accessible.

I wouldn't say wandering the whole map and checking the approval as 'noticeable and accessible'.
