According to my Content Manager I don't seem to have the "special" Sophon hero for subscribing to the newsletter, which I have btw. Am I the only one?

I haven't seen him yet.

Here it seems I cannot redeem neither of the 2 Steam DLC rewards ATM even though the community challenge reward is already working just fine.

That error normally means that they have already been redeemed,

To check if the hero was unlocked you can check your Steam Account Licenses

You should see "Endless Space 2 - Uthassum Rhamoezz Sophon Hero" if it is.

It should look something like this:

Unfortunately he is nowhere to be found in my account's licences.

EDIT: So I gave it another go and tried to unlock him again and it somehow worked!
