Might be a bit late to chime in on this but as far as i´m aware tonnage is a function of volume so listing it in m^3 makes at least some sense.
As for the 10e24Kg, it´s listed under weapons so maybe it´s supposed to be some sort of TNT equivalent (or some Endless universe analog to that) in order to quantify the
energy output of the ships weaponssystems.
Ultimately though The-Cat-o-Nine-Tales is probably right and it´s just some good old technobabble and the numbers just there to fill the chart.
Especially considering that the ship has a "size" (presumably lenght) of 1326m and only a tonnage of 23.1 m^3...
Ialways thought that 23.1 m3 was the space for the endless crystal /thing in the ship but that was my way to interpret things so they could make sense.
