Lets discuss how they survive after the ship's blow-up. Are they immortal? I think they can take dust-ghost form and leave the corpse. Do you have any other ideas. I just need do talk with a lorehound)

I don't think they technically die in combat, they just get wounded. I've always imagined that they escape in a lifepod or something before the ship explodes.

In-game text simply suggests they were injured in combat and need several turns before they recover, nothing too specific.

they cant run away every time. There is a building named a "sectet hospital" in the belt, so why they need a hospital if they are ok?

Hospitals are for injuries. If the hero was dead, then they wouldn't need a hospital. It's entirely possible to accrue injuries, physical and psychological, before jettisoning an escape pod, and I imagine Heroes accrue more such injuries because they can take them, what with being Dust enhanced.

I think heroes never die in this universe

Personal ships are specifically designed to keep their occupants from dying, and dust can probably reverse recent deathstates (there's no respawn mechanic in DoTE because Horatio is hoarding all the dust).
