Am I missing something that I need to do first, or should this research unlock the Behemoth design? The research itself requires Behemoths to already be discovered.
For the record: I am using a custom Hissho+Honorbound faction and the research shows "Specific to Honor Bound affinity"
(I wanted to ask here if I made some mistake before posting this on Bug Reports)
Add to CyRob post, that this quest can be turn on/off into game settings. By default is on, and you don't get behemoths until you complete que quest, if you don't want it, turn off and you'll be able to research behemoths tech from the start.
