The Hissho Sun God's Sacrifice does not give the listed 5 keii from what I can tell.

Also, isn't it the Blood Ritual that grants Keii and the Sun God Ritual that converts additional food to manpower?

I THINK it's the Sun God one that grants the 5 keii. Moreover, I can see the "+5 <keii symbol>" on the UI as i select whichever it is. That said i only use it when I'm really low on keii, so not at 100, no.
Anyone else having this issue? 

I mean let me double check which one I'm selecting I suppose, just to be sure. But I see no reason I would pick anything but the +5 keii one. I'm evacuating a planet in trade for a better one and I haven't found any of the other rituals useful yet. 

The Blood Ritual gives +5 Keii, but when you hover over the option in a system, it displays the next ritual as well. The Dust one is pretty useful since it stacks with itself, and it changes every 20 turns, so you can't always do the Blood Ritual.

lol, my stoopid. Yes, it is in fact because at the bottom it shows the upcoming ritual. I got it sorted out now. Thanks for the timely responses.
