Just noticed that, at the game creation screen, mousing over the "Horatio Population" icon now includes "+1 Influence on Hot." In game, however, mousing over a unit of Horatio population does not list this bonus. Are Horatio meant to add 1 Influence on Hot, or not?
This came up with the addition of Hissho. I believe the game is mistakenly showing the Hissho version of the Horatio population yield, since Hissho replace almost all sources of Approval with Influence.
