Can anyone tell me the unique planets and empire improvements that are apart of this DLC, I cannot seem to find any informaion on it.

The Empire Improvements and Unique Planets are all Quest-realted (all the new Empire Improvements are quest rewards), which is why we didn't give too many details. They could be noticeable spoilers for players who have not discovered the many different paths of the questline yet.

Speaking of quest-related content, is it normal that the new quest line did not continue after the chapter 4 in my last game?

The different branches of the quest have different length, and I do believe there are some that end after chapter 4 or 5.
