I wonder what does: +20% damage on fleet on fleet and +10% accuracy on fleet on fleet really means? Not well travelled with the english language so I wonder if it does supposed to say so?
You get +10% damage and +5% accuracy bonus per flotilla count you have over enemy and vice versa. As you destroyed 2 out of 3 enemy flotillas and still have 3 of yours fighting, you gained +20% and +10% of damage and accuracy bonus respectively.
If your question was about redundancy of "on fleet on fleet" statement, I believe those are generated automatically according to template like "%effect% on %unit%" and isn't considered a bug.
Even if they are automatically generated, I don't think this should be sazing "on fleet" twice, so I have filed it as a bug. If it is considered a bug, it's probably far down the list of priorities, though.
