I often buy DLC from Endless Legend and, aside from new factions, they come with new game mechanics. Does any of those 2 DLC has anything similar? (I'm aware that the lastest DLC, Penumbra, explores de infiltrations and spionage mechanic). If no, the others DLCs does it? (I'm considering buying the endless collection bundle, but I'm on a budget so I prefer picking up faction DLC one at the time)

Additionally, the two factions that come with those DLCs are both focused on those new mechanics, making them better at using them than others.
