So i just saw that Endless Space 2 is free, so i linked my steam account and clicked to redeem, the website shows that the reward is claimed but i do not see the game in the game library nor i got no steam key in my email nor see any on the site.

can someone help me with this?

You have confused two things. Endless Space 2 is free during this weekend but only during this time, you don't acquire it. However you can get Endless Space 1 for free on this website. So you should have Endless Space 1 in your steam library.
