Description:  Have one of your planets be empty after using the "Raid" action.

I have no idea what the "Raid" action is.  How do we trigger this?

That would be "Sleeper Cull" action if I remeber right.

Yes the descrpition is either wrong or missleading or the achivement is just bugged maybe some dev can clearify.

Yes, the "Raid" in the achievement text does refer to the Sleeper Cull action. Sorry for the confusion.

I got this today using the normal reveal a sleeper action that you have by default (at least Hissho do)

 using the observances anytime i received a system compromised message.  Then I found the button.

In your system on the left panel, just below the approval percentage.

i tried using that for a long time so i assume it was not gonna work but wil try again thx
