The Living Plague - Part 3 asks you to go to a particular system to turn an outpost into a colony.

If you somehow acquire the system with a colony already in that system, the quest does not complete.

I guess you would need to vacate the system, and start all over again with colonization, for it to work. Guess what, I am not going to do that.

It would be better if this quest was adjusted somehow, I think.
