Yellow graph is of Umbral Choir. First one is Industry graph, second is Science, third is research, fourth is dust. Singularity stasis on the Nexus stopped all of them including obliterators and fleets. It costs 2700 dust, 1 Orichalcix and 1 Quadrinix. (turn: 108, game speed: fast). I think that sleepers and Trade Companies didn't stop, therefore dust was a little earned.

Yes, the Singularity stopping the Choir is indeed working as designed, but I am not sure if it stops migration. I will have to check with a Game Designer, and if they confirm you should be able to migrate, pass it to AI.
