I have no background with code or modding unfortunately, but I'd love to see what we could do with this new Academy that holds an important spot in the world. Imagine, for example, a church that hunts heretics who have a majority of scientists in their Senate, or a trade organization that boosts the economy of those who are willing to do shady business with it. Maybe it's not feasible nor interesting, but one can dream.
