I've been playing Endless Space 2 since when it launched with 1.0, and this has ALWAYS been the case:

Whenever I start a space battle and choose what tactic to use, if I hover over the tactic the tooltip says something like: "You chose this tactic in 0% of battles."

What is it meant to be saying here? Is it meant to record how many times I choose that tactic for my whole time playing ES2? Is the percentage referring to just within a single game? Even if so, it still says 0% on later battles in the same game.

I think (although can't quite remember) the only time it changes is if the same fleet is attacked multiple times in the same turn, and I use the same tactic more than once. On the second battle, it will then say: "You chose this tactic in 100% of battles."

Has anyone ever had this percentage work in some sort of understandable way? What timeframe is it meant to be representing? Is there some sort of bug going on here?

I wonder if this linked to the fact that Empire Chronicles records have never worked for me... But then, this has been occurring from before Empire Chronicles even existed in the game.
