I see people on Steam discussions say the Academy Fleet reward is the op thing in the game so far but I never found it useful besides taking out one Sophon system and clearing pirates near my home?Am i missing something?I can't change modules on the ships to give more speed and Im never able to reach enemy systems in time to invade before the Academy takes it back? is there a way to have it so its not on my home system whenever I get it rewarded to me? What am I missing that makes it so op cause the turn limit on it  cuts me off from using it most the time?

Ok,yeah 90% of the time Im on Fast. Didn't know turn max gets scaled for that.

You can hack academy system (which does not trace back) to immobilize academy fleet. Whatever that means.

If you are close enough to make it in time. And if you are lucky enough to hack them in first place. Probably only chord can make it reliably, but, well, chord is the last person that care about it.
