Hello

Does somebody know if I can simply use this image,?Not exactly this one but I plan on making a logo out of it for Youtube and Discord but I dont have any Idea if this is copyrighted. 

Does somebody knows this (It is from the Vodyani trailer )

Worst case scenario you get a cease and desist. by all means, knock yourself out. It's not like you are saying "ugh I made dis, gimme money".

 I am using Lumeris faction logo on my youtube/twitch, mostly just in support of balancing Lumeris. =D
