Well, it is not actually just in mind, I made a test run with it and it turned out kinda nice, but mb someone could do better and optimize it.
We are playing cravers. The main idea is to switch the gov to scientists, rush a tier 5 technology Quantum Communications, then declare war on everyone possible (including minors, it works on them too) and switch back to militarists.

This is the dude we want that badly.

I managed to research it turn 40 and here you can see what other techs I have:
1. Research tier three on the right first (or second if Public Privates give more than 60 science in your home system) to buy out Jadonyx or Bluecap Mold and buff as much systems as possible.

2. Tier three in the bottom tree for Graviton Shielded laboratories (+30 science, +2 science/pop) or Optic Research Labs (+25% science if happy). I went for the first one, but second seems better, especially if you go for the Bluecap Mold as your system improvement (I went for Jadonyx).

3. Off-World Agribusiness for Infinite Supermarts. This is optional, but can help to have 1 extra slave or a cheap building to keep the devoted buff on empire. With this strategy you must be devoted or at least happy all the time. Use Feeding Pits if needed.

4. FINAL STEP just rush Quantum Communications ASAP, you better do it before turn 40 so you can swap back to militarists and forget about managing approval! Your forced law alows you to skip tiers 2 and 4 on the military tech tree, so get what fits best from the third tier and then live the dream. I suggest Chitinous Alloys for -25% military upkeep and command points, Improved Fleet Management for Advanced Swarm Missles and Advanced Fusion Power for titanium torpedos. With 15 command points you can have a pretty strong 15 rockets heavy battle scout ship fleet (at least 3 missle swarmers so you can have at least 1 per flotilla) of 4k power. Kill them with numbers, don't bother researching new hulls, spending precious science!

Here is a system I've conquered 2 turns before researching the tech. +250 industry boost turn 41, pretty good huh?

It can be even better if you do some good scouting (I did a miserable one, didn't even get 20% of the galaxe discovered) and find a juice academy constellation with tons of minors. I think you can easily get more than 500 industry on every system if you execute this strategy thoughtfully. And I also have 50% military upkeep reduction and 19 command points with my tech tree path, kinda handy.

Try if you wish. :)

You could also do some combat science farming to push it little closer.

But yeah that tecb is very strong and worthwhile chasing after.

I think  someone managed cravers science victory in about 46 turns might wanna look into that for more tips.

I actually did some combat science farming but the amount was not that great without spoils of war. And I didn't go for it, because I didn't want to keep militarists in the senate. And before turn 20 I didn't want more tech, because that would improve the cost of Quantum Communications as well. With just science from scrap tactics I got ~200 science from a fight on average.

Gave it another shot, 550 industry times 7 systems = 3850 industry/turn by turn 40. Juicy!
Went for bluecap mold this time and managed to research Quantums turn 36. I think sometimes if you are a bit unlucky, then you won't be able to get there in time (like no to very little bluecap mold/jadonyx on markets or extra shit systems nearby).

fantastic, 550 industry per system surely sounds good, of course it scales down pretty quickly.
So you basically "win the game" turn 36. Would you suggest a counterplay?

I think war pressure will do. And you can lower the yields by assimilating minors. It would still give a lot, but not absurd amounts. Last game I had 350 from minors and 200 from majors, even though I haven't discovered all of them. Only 4 out of 9.
