Who doesn't like secret interactions??
During my last game a very rare quest triggered. I assume it requires completing Cephalopod Pains quest. Which on its own requires a good amount of Niris in your Empire to trigger. The next prerequisite is to have a good chunk of Amblyr and Niris at the same time (?). And you get this.


Honestly, I love this stuff...

You get one of those "rare" quests each time when one of the species in your empire reaches a certain threshold. 

It would be more precisely to call these kind of quests exclusive, but not rare. 

Thus more species you have - more quests like this will occure at some point. peculiarity for this kind of quests is the reward - it is almost always +2 to something for the race that triggers it during 20 turns. 

In your case it was happines, but it could be any of FIDSI.

I know, those are called population quests and I am aware that those are common occurence if you have diverse pop types in your empire. But what makes this particular quest "rare" is that it has several prerequisites, one being the completion of Cephalopod Pains quest (which already requires a bunch of Niris and still needs to trigger) and second having both good number of Amblyr and Niris.
