Good evening. I was searching a new technology in the tech tree, and I saw one called "Ubiquitous Surveillance", which one of the effects says  "40 Initial XP on ships on Fleets " does it mean ships level up? where can I find the current level of my ships?

Thank you Cobbs. I haven't noticed that ships had levels because they are written as names not numbers.
