Good evening. I received a mission which says I must find the Academy location but the place highlighted by the mission location button is showed at the opposite side of my galaxy. The same happens with another mission which tells me to explore 3 curiosities in unique planets however, again, they are too far from me. Because of this, I researched the technology that "unlocks free movement for all spaceships" (for me, as Vaulter, its on the second tier of Science and Exploring). But, when I try to travel outside the white space lanes, I'm only able to navigate to places and star systems I already discovered clicking on them, I can't travel to any point of the galaxy that I choose (that is, a part of the galaxy that I didn't reveal) . I thought I would be able to actually move to wherever I would desire. How can I reach the Academy and these unique planets too far away from me? Do I need to unlock the Wormholes?

You need to send probes to reveal systems in neighboring constellation, then you can use free movement to travel there and continue exploring.

And yes, alternative whould be to unlock Wormholes, as they do connect constellations together.
