It is one of the best space 4X games.

It is pretty good i have been playing it since 2016 and i have 500 hours over it, i prefer stellaris a bit more because you have more fredoom over populations and more variety of options over them ( enslaving, migrating, population rights) so more interaction with pops is a winning point for me, but stellaris mid game is quite boring and this is something they have not been able to fix, meanwhile endless space 2 midgame keeps stays interesting with the vas amount of events it has , the economy nad the market are also leagues above stellaris and the diplomacy used to be like this until the last patch but i feel they are matched now, still endless space 2 is a really good game i hope the devs will add more updates to it, since there are some bugs and things that make it hard to play sometimes and some missing things like the updated tech tree that makes sense with the lore, i would give the game a 8/10
