Who doesn't like secret interactions??
During my last game a very rare quest triggered. I assume it requires completing Cephalopod Pains quest. Which on its own requires a good amount of Niris in your Empire to trigger. The next prerequisite is to have a good chunk of Amblyr and Niris at the same time (?). And you get this.

IIRC this is a minor faction quest, which triggers, when you have "a good chunk" (like 10?) of them. Each minor race have it`s own quest, but in general they are similar.
