I heard that if you link your steam and Games2gether accounts you unlock some free in-game content. I have linked them but I don't see the content.
A. Is this even true?

B. If so, how do I 'activate' the content?

You can find the free content in your profile, in the Rewards Sections.
Scroll a little, you will see filters. Select "Endless Space 2" and "Game" and you will see the free content you can unlock :)
