I'm sure I read release day was announced on 9th of februaray 2021. But as long as I know this hint was removed, so I could imagine the release date was delayed - hopefully to fix some bugs.

It's preorder. In last Devblog they used term "new DLCs coming to Steam in February and available for pre-purchase today" so there is no strict date of realease, we only know that it's suppose to be out in February...

Assuming that they aren't going to release it on a weekend when they aren't working, that means it'll likely be 22nd - 26th, if their earlier statement about "in February" still holds true.
