Amplitude was acquired by Sega in 2016 and so now Sega publishes everything by amplitude, Back when ES1 came out you needed a publisher to be on steam which is why Amplitude used Iceberg interactive at the time.

Hm, that's why, so EL has both SEGA and Iceberg because DLCs were released after 2016.
