I've been developing my systems with the benthic gems to decrease the unhappiness that comes from overcolonization and I'd like to know if quadrinix, which is a 150% multiplier for every resource you use for system development, scales with the benthic gems and other resources based on percentages. Also, does it scale with resources that give bonus by population, for example, 2 science per pop. I mean, what does quadrinix scale with ?

I guess I need to be more clear: Does quadrinix multiply the 50% from the benthic gems by 150% resulting in a -7500% overcolonization disapproval ? 

If anything, it should give -75% overcolonization penalty on system upgraded with both Benthic Gems and Quadrinix. I don't know how you've ended with with -7500%, percents don't work that way.
