Good evening! I put the adamantian cloaking module in a coordinator ship which allows ships to get to the desired position before opening fire and I'd like to know if  its module cloaks the entire fleet or only the ship I put the module in.

Yes, it works for entire fleet. Beware though, I don't remember if they ever fixed the bug where bombers were able to attack your cloaked fleet and it it's not shooting back.

Do I need to activate the cloak before the battle on the menu or it is activated automatically after entering battle mode ?

You don't have to, cloak inside and outside of battle works separately. Outside of battle you manually switch it, inside battle it is automated - starts on, wears off when getting to desired range in your battle tactics.
