Good evening! I started praising the tikanans and 3 turns after that the Lumeris were friendly with them. I wonder if they are going to assimilate them even though I try to brainwash when I get 100 Points of relationship. My reasoning is that its going to happen the same thing  when another empire tries to assimilate the minor faction when it has 100 points: the empire friendly with them ends up assimilating them nevertheless.

Hi Sublustris, what's up! I see, however I'd like to know if I can brainwash a minor faction converted by another empire, that is, an empire that has a lot of affinity with the minor faction for example 90 points but not assimilated yet
