Claiming rewards doesn't work

Hi there!
I'm trying to claim the free rewards from this site (Uthassum Rhamoezz etc.) and I've tried everything - relinking my steam account, looking on other threads for a solution, waiting patiently, but nothing works. When I click the button, nothing happens. Has anybody had this problem before and knows how to fix it?

Hey, are you receiving any error messages? like the bottom-left corner.
Would you mind pressing f12 to open the console and share with us the error message that appears there when click on Redem?

There is no error message, the button seems to load endlessly. The only error in console is this one: "The stylesheet https://community.amplitude-studios.com/fonts/core/icon-font-core.css was not loaded because the contained MIME type declaration of this stylesheet: 'text/html' is not compatible with the type 'text/css'" - but this error is present when I load the page, before I click anything. No more errors pop up.

I have this exact issue, click on "Redeem on Steam". The button seem to load endlessly. There is no error message popup.

I also just tried to redeem and the only errors that come up in the console for me are
"Unchecked runtime.lastError: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist"

and

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()"

when clicking on any of them. I think it's looking for a Steam page that doesn't exist?

I tried to claim rewards for past two days, still doesnt work, stuck on endless (lol) load loop.

I found solution!

Go to REWARDS - BADGES - PROFILER badge - Connect your account to Steam - Lastly click on Redeem on addons you want and thats it. It actually works!
