I play in latest patch Hissho. And i cant find Sykagoja. I have explored the entire galaxy already. I dont have quest The Cartographer's Request. And i cant start this quest in developer console. Why? Help, please, and sorry for my bad english.

Normally the quest appears for me within the first 1/3 of a run, so you can try a huge-galaxy w/medium density on fast/easy with one opposing faction to see if it does spawn (ensuring that it might have just been an issue with your run and not a reproducable bug). Should take less than 30-50 turns. However, if it fails again, file a bug report and attach your save file (there are guides on Amplifiers that'll show you how).  

I've done a few runs in the past 6months where it always spawned, along with the quest, so it is possible to find. Although, I play on Huge/High Density. 

Thanks for the answer. I have the maximum galaxy size. And the maximum density. A bunch of unique planets appeared. But I need this one for the Hissho lore. What I don't understand the most is why I can't get this quest to start through the console? Neither in this game for Hissho, nor when starting a new game for another race. Other quests start through the console normally.​

Of course! It could be that there are some requirements that are not being fulfilled in your runs or your game is bugged- you should submit a bug report and attach your save file

Hopefully a dev is able to take a look and respond!
