I think we're sure to see Harmony, either as one of the later four major factions for release or as a minor faction. They were one of the most unique and iconic races from the original ES.
Would be a shame if they would be relegated to a minor faction.
They were the youngest of all factions added at last to the game(along side the Vaulters who got their second appearance in EL) so they should be imo a playable faction in ES 2.
