How about use a lot of dust to cast magic but powerful?

I think it can be an interesting faction.

It will just need some skins, traits and renamed tech tree.

Ehhh I don't think that could be a good idea for some reason but if one were to think about it, maybe travel with Dust, I mean dust is almost like magic no ?

So maybe we can imagine a technology who can travel everywhere where you're already probed against Dust maybe ?
