I believe that we shouldnt get penalized for scanning atmospheric disturbances before the quest begins.


Can we make this retroactive? Or is it already?

Heck, not just that quest; I'd like some of the main quests to be retroactive as well. (Oh, Lumeris 1st quest... why don't the Colonies I already made count towards the 3 Colony goal?)
