In a recent match, the first minor faction I encountered was the Haroshems, who have +1 Food (+5 Food on Dry) as their specialty. However, their home planet is Temperate; once I assimilated them, I moved them all to a Tundra (Dry) planet in the same system to get their specialty buff.

Should minor factions have homeworlds that match their specialty (Dry homeworlds for species who prefer Dry planets, etc)?
