I think we need a way to counter the ability to absorb half (or more) the galaxy thanks to the influence sphere of a single system.
Or maybe set a win condition for this.
Also it seems that faction that got completly absorbed thanks to inluence are not listed as dead but remain in cold war even though they don't control anything anymore
