After playing a bit, I found some things in UI that can be improved. Not sure how much work is it, but there's my list:
If you try to assign one hero from system or fleet screen, the list has a very thin sliding bar, which conflicts with my mouse to find. Not sure if my graphics problem, or a minor design fail. Will you be kind to put the arrows like in academy screen to navigate the available heroes?
In the academy screen, when you try to see heroes from other factions (provided you colonized it), I got two minor issues:
I can see all heroes, and where they're assigned, but didn't found the information about fleet/system owner. I think knowing the owner faction is good info.
The icon to find info about heroes hired by other factions is almost hidden. Could you make it more visible?
In economy scree, into system list, I find it can offer more info:
Actually can't see systems level. I think it will make life easier when trying to find a system that fulfills some condition you want.
Can't see system representatives. As actually the senate and politics has a lot of impact in game, I think seeing this info on a glimpse in system list will be useful, or at least time saving. Not to mention the liability of political surveys (only real world are worse ).
On galaxy view, when looking at a fleet, there's a number with the ships it contains. As I found it interesting, it's not very useful, for obvious reason: number 3 may mean 3 scouts or 3 carriers, which is pretty different. Can you change it for fleet used command points, or any info that gives you a better idea of fleet power?
The only way to see ideologies mandatory law for now is to get that ideology. Can you make it visible once you unlock an ideology, like other available laws? May be this is conflicting with actual list of laws, as some seems to be hidden until you fulfill some conditions?
Can you put a better explanations of how each government chooses its representatives (yes I'm tiresome in this respect, but everyone knows about Gerrymandering and its affects, and I think it has some influence in actual imbalance of some factions with some ideologies)? Can also put somewhere a post or any doc with clear explanation and examples?
In production queues and tech screen, can you put an ETA for techs/improvements/ships? As I can make numbers, I don't want to do it every time, and it will make play more comfortable.
Last, and not sure about how to do that, and if its really necessary, but in ship design screen, can you make something to easily compare and actual module on a ship whit another you want to put in same slot?
That's all for now. Said I didn't found any bugs UI related till now.
I think I'll leave this thread, cause I'm sure people will find more aspects that can be improved, and perhaps a bug.
Can you put same shortcusts (or similar) than in ESq, to place icons in front of build queues and similar? Also the rally points?
discused in various threads if heroes should be cloned. Can you put 3 options in galaxy generation: allow free hero cloning, only clone if academy is out of heroes, clone forbidden (even if it implies there are no more heroes and nobody can recrurit any more)?

just take a look at some screens:
In academy screen the icon to see heroes from other empires is hard to find. Look at red arrow. I spent time figuring it.
It will be useful making it more visible.
Same issues with manpower button in military screen.
Again. Same issue in senate screen with population types tab.
To fix this, I would like to see it like in econ screen. Just look at it:
You can easily see all available options and navigate between them, only looking at upper bar. It's even easy into market screen with its 3 sub-tabs. so, good work here, can you please do the same in the other screens?
About system management screen:
The upper red square shows where to find the buttons to navigate between different systems. Easy when you found them, but bit hard to see first time. Can you make them more visible.
The lower red square is the representatives. I found good here, but can you add this info into system list in the economy screen. I feel it is a good info to have a global view, and also can aid the player to make better decisions with actual manual migration system, and the coming inter-systems migrations system.
As I don't found this game-breaking and won't stop playing for this, they're minor, but constant nuisances I would like to see addressed in release.

Same problem in 4k. (Although I learned that resolution is not supported, anyway.)
Regarding your previous post (the one with the 5 pictures) it seems a lot of important "pages" are hidden behind really small and seemingly insignificant buttons. Though when you look at the economy screen, you have some nice tabs (like in a browser) on the top, making it pretty clear what you can do. I think it would be better if the other "sub-pages", namely for the senate screen, the military status and the hero management would be behind such tabs, too. This would streamline the UI and would make it easier to use, I guess.

Make it all function in standard way. If you are going with a browser-tab approach (like in the economic screen and also the quest screen), fine - but have it work that way consistently. If you are going to use buttons, fine - but make the buttons obvious and clear, and treat everything that way.

The sliding bar is very thin (both in my laptop and pc with diffrent screens: 17' and 22'). Its even difficult to move with my mouse. Can you make it a bit thick?
When being give a hero and you need to choose 1 out of 3 you have no way to "inspect" them to see what skills they will have.
You can go between your current heroes and the suggestions but that takes a lot of time and you don't always have the same type / class heroes to compare.
It would be great to be able to inspect the heroes before making your choice.
