Hi devs

Will we have at one point a way to transfer some population from one system to another (maybe a tech should be researched for this, the moved population can take several turns before settling to balance).

That way we could further optimise our system and their populations (sending population that provide more industry on hot planets to a system that harbors multiple hot plannets, sendin water oriented population to water planets etc etc)
