[Suggestion] Change System View Planets FIDSI display to be per pop

Okay maybe this is just me. But would it not be nicer to have the FIDSI display for the Colonized Planets marked above, to display the per pop output (even instead of the total if it is a question of one or the other because of aesthetics) . I feel like that is the more relevant stat in this view. Especially when you want to move your pop around for optimization.  (I know it is displayed in the planet mouse-over tool tip, but that does not really give one a quick view of all colonized planets per pop outputs at the same time)

Agree? Disagree? Is there some very important thing I am missing that makes it important that we have the total output shown for each planet here. I mean the total should be shown somewhere, but could we not switch the two and have the total be shown in the mouse over tool tip. I mean the system wide total is shown on the screen anyway and that is the more relevant total no?

Edit: Did not think of the fact that luxury resources are shown below the FIDSI at the moment... This kinda ruins my idea a bit as they would need to be displayed and are not per pop.

But as I mention later in this thread an alternative/compromise could be to dynamically change the display over each planet to be the contribution a single pop would bring to the planet.

If you where hovering over or dragging Haroshem this could look something like this for the displays over the planets:

I agree it would be better for it to display the same as the uncolonized planets or planets that do not currently have population on them. Once you unlock new colonization options for a system, then colonize the planet, it would be nice to see if that planets FIDS distribution better suited what you were focusing on. An example being is you have a system with just a Tundra or Boreal planet, and now you unlocked an Ocean or Ash planet with a really good anomaly, that might be better suited and you can move the population over.

I know it is easy to just mouse over, but from a UI design standpoint, it looks strange to see several planets with low FIDS scores, and then your colonized one with much higher scores. If you are worried about totals they are on the left side of the screen.

I do address this mouse-over tool-tip in my post, and why I am not satisfied by it ;) See this passage from my original post:

Actually there is another issue. The output per population displayed in the tool-tip does only display the natural FIDSI per pop. That is it does not include per pop output bonuses from planet specialization, system improvements, heroes etc. which all should be included in my opinion.

I agree that it should show the per pop. output by default (not require mousing over).  Especially when it comes to moving population between planets, it's a total trial and error right now when it should be immediately obvious what the impact of moving a population is.     You have enough space on the UI ... why not have a column on each side of the icons.  One side side is the per pop values and the other side is the total for the planet.

Per pop output would be confusing too since each race has different FIDSI bonuses (even varying per planet type).

Don think it would be that confusing having it be per undefined vanilla pop (ie a pop without any bonus).

Edit: To clarify... it should show what a pop without any bonus would add towards the different FIDSI. You could then if you where fancy let it display the additional bonus from a specific race type you are dragging.

Normal view:

And when one has picked up any or hover over a Haroshem the display would show

Until you let go.

Obviously the tool-tip would have to clarify that this is the extra output a single "vanilla" pop would contribute with when placed on the planet and not the average output per pop of the current planet.

Actually come to think of it if Amplitude chose to keep the display of total planet FIDSI output in the view, the second part where the display dynamically changes to show the output gain per poptype you are hovering over/dragging would be a great help.
