Hello, i have an idee than there is never in 4X. You can add the (real) hour on a side corner of the screen, to not forget ourself in the game

However, if you have such issues it is better to set clock alarm on your phone. It is more effective and does not have impact on immersion.

man, I was aware of this issue - not much sleep nowadays - but I could have not phrase this myself due to being half subconscious :D I would have suggested something related to the in-game life than something related to my real life - kinda sad though :D

I use a Logitech G510, so I can always see how ridiculously far past my bedtime 4X has pushed me. =P

I have two screens, both of which display time. I always wear a watch, and tend to have my phone nearby. Not that any of it helps.

Overwatch displays current time in the corner. As you might imagine, it's again not much of help. It would have to be in big block digits across half of the screen to even start making any effect.

i agree with you on the fact we can read hour on our phone or watch, but when you are playing, you think to the game, and with a time consuming game like this one, you can play hours without think to the time passed. When you know you have only 1h to play and no more, it would be helpful to add the hour

Amazing suggestion they should just replace the entire ui and all features with a giant clock. This would solve all other issues people have with the game in one giant swoop from issues with the tech tree/era , space combat to truce mechanics. You sir (or madam) are a genius! ;)

When you know you only have one hour, you set a timer/alarm (or play something that does not consume so much time). I was referring to the fact that I surrounded myself with clocks, with always at least one a single glance away. Worse still, I occasionally glance at it, and think "eh, just a few minutes more."
