Just in case of accidental click on raze system in production queue, a pop-up asking

"Do you really want to raze this system?"

should ask for confirmation either on the following turn (when the razing will have been done) or when you click it into the queue.

Along similar lines, there needs to be an verification check for removing leaders from planets via the system management screen.  I accidentally hit the X-button when meaning to click inspect and it immediately removed the leader and began a six turn cool down before I could reassign him.  Instant reload.
